Do you manufacture products directly?+
No. DIO is a Korean OEM/ODM sourcing and briefing service. We help organize your product direction and connect you with suitable Korean manufacturers.
I have no manufacturing experience. Can I still start?+
Yes — the builder is made for that. Every step has a "Recommend for me" or "Not sure yet" option, and DIO will suggest the best direction based on your target market and budget.
Can I request samples?+
Yes. After your request is reviewed, DIO can coordinate sample requests for feasible product directions.
Is the price final?+
No. All prices shown are estimated ranges for reference. Final quotation depends on formula, packaging, certification, sample requirements, and order quantity.
Can I request multiple products?+
Yes. The Product Builder lets you add several products in one request. Buyers often brief 2–5 products at once.
Can I start with 100 or 300 pcs?+
Small quantity production may be possible for selected ready-made or private-label items, but unit cost is usually higher and options may be limited. DIO reviews feasibility before quotation.
